Megan Benn
Registered Nurse & Midwife
With over 25 years of nursing experience and as a mother of two teenagers, I understand the joys and challenges of parenthood firsthand.
After years of providing postnatal home visits, I opened Tender Touch Mother & Baby Clinic in January 2022 to create a warm, welcoming space where mothers can find the support they need.
My approach combines evidence-based care with genuine warmth and understanding. I believe every mother deserves personalized attention, which is why I keep my classes small and my consultations unhurried.
Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating the early weeks with your newborn, or looking for ongoing support, I'm here to help you feel confident and cared for.
When I'm not at the clinic, you'll find me enjoying Cape Town's beautiful outdoors with my family.

Brigitte Williams
Registered Nurse & Midwife
Brigitte Williams is a registered nurse and midwife with extensive experience in neonatal and postnatal care. She has been in private practice for over 20 years, providing in-home phototherapy for jaundiced newborns, postnatal home visits, and breastfeeding counselling to support families during the early weeks after birth.
In 2023, she qualified as a South African Certified Lactation Consultant, enhancing her ability to offer evidence-based, compassionate feeding support. As a former NICU nurse and the mother of a NICU baby, Brigitte has a deep understanding of the stress and uncertainty that can arise when birth or the newborn period does not go as planned.
Brigitte brings a calm, empathetic, and family-centred approach to all aspects of her care.
Brigitte is a mom to two young adult men and understands the parenting journey from newborn through to adulthood.

Tender Touch Mother & Baby Clinic grew from my successful postnatal home visit practice into a dedicated space where mothers can come for ongoing support and community. The clinic provides a calm, nurturing environment for antenatal classes, baby massage courses, consultations, and check-ups.
